Dr. Sara Sheffer

Dr. Sara Sheffer grew up in Bucks County, PA and is excited to be returning to their home state after graduating with a DVM from Midwestern University in Arizona. Prior to that, Dr. Sheffer obtained their undergraduate degree in Marine Biology from New College of Florida where they worked on research with sharks. Dr. Sheffer also worked in a small animal hospital and a mobile clinic before veterinary school.

Dr. Sheffer is most passionate about feline medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and caring for senior pets. Other areas of interest include internal medicine and ultrasound. Dr. Sheffer loves all things about pets and their people and looks forward to building relationships with clients and their pets for a lifetime.

In their free time, Dr. Sheffer enjoys running, hiking, reading, scuba diving, and spending quality time with their tuxedo cat Maggie and cornsnake Ssssabrina.
